Yes, in several ways. By associating your brand with World Vision, you send a clear message of corporate social responsibility to your customers, helping to build a loyal customer base. For World Vision, being a Christian organization means we are called to do this work, and to do it with excellence. For our partners, it means they can rely on our drive, passion, integrity, and commitment to tangible, transformational results. World Vision staff members are motivated by faith, and we serve all people, regardless of their race, gender, ethnicity, or religion.
We strive to always be sensitive to the cultures and contexts in which we work. World Vision is a signatory to the Red Cross Code of Conduct and does not proselytize. This means we never require aid recipients to listen to a religious message as a condition of our help, nor do we use aid as an inducement for recipients to change religion. We also never discriminate on the basis of religion in giving aid.
Many companies double their employees’ contributions through matching gifts. You can find out if your employer matches contributions. World Vision works directly with many organizations on their employee giving campaigns, including those through the Combined Federal Campaign, United Way, and Global Impact campaigns.
